What can AllonOak help automate?
We design AI automation for repetitive tasks such as enquiry routing, CRM updates, document processing and recurring reports. An AI agent can classify a request, retrieve approved information or prepare a draft. Workflow automation connects those steps to the tools your team already uses, with human approval where a decision needs it.
Can you connect our existing tools?
We assess the APIs, webhooks, exports and permissions available in your existing systems. Depending on the task, the integration can use n8n, custom code, a database or a combination. In the first session, we identify the source records, required data and what should happen if an integration fails. That gives the solution a clear scope before development starts.
Can a custom system run on our private VPS?
Yes, self-hosting can be part of the architecture. We can scope internal software, databases and automation workflows on infrastructure you control, with role-based access, backups and monitoring. We agree which data, if any, may be sent to external AI providers. A private server alone does not prevent prompts or documents from leaving it.
How do you choose the first workflow?
Start with a repeated task that has a clear owner and a measurable bottleneck. For a service business, that might be onboarding or enquiry follow-up. For an Amazon seller, it could be a weekly inventory report. We assess the manual effort, information quality, exception rate and potential value before choosing the AI tools or automation platform.
How are pricing and delivery agreed?
Pricing follows the scope: integrations, data quality, review requirements, hosting and ongoing monitoring all affect the work. We first discuss the workflow and expected output, then agree a focused implementation and testing plan. A small demonstration can resolve uncertain technical assumptions before a larger project is considered.
Who owns and manages the finished system?
Ownership, documentation, access and support responsibilities are agreed before the build. The handover should explain how to operate the workflow, review failures and make corrections. A custom system can support your team without making every future change dependent on the original developer. Ongoing support can be discussed as a separate requirement.
Can you build dashboards and internal tools for our team?
The wider system can also include custom dashboards, data processing and internal screens for your team. We choose tools such as NocoDB, Airtable or a custom interface around your requirements, rather than requiring every process to use n8n.
